We had our existing shower area extended and toilet relocated. Very impressed by the professionalism and tidiness during the project. We have two small children and they were able to keep the area well protected and made sure to tidy up prior to leaving each day which we appreciated. They were also helpful in getting me organized and walking me through what materials were needed for the renovation as well as doing a meet and greet with the workers prior to starting. We’ve had a phenomenal experience with the team at A-1 PAM on two different remodel projects so far. From initial communication to finishing touches, the quality, attention to detail and communication is top notch.

My spouse and I are exceptionally pleased with the bathroom updates completed recently by the A-1 PAM team. We had them install a bathroom exhaust fan in our master bath, along with a new vanity and sink in our 1/2 bath. Attention to detail is important to us so I was confident we were in good hands when Greg first visited to assess our needs. I felt he was extremely knowledgeable and thorough in his review of both of the bathroom spaces and in the discussion of what we were wanting done. Joanna coordinated with us on scheduling and project details. Andy and Adam later performed the work. I felt the new installations as well as the companion fixes (wiring updates, drywall patching, re-application of tiles, painting touch-up) were done with great precision and care. I was very happy w Greg and his team. We painted cabinets instead of replacing them and they are beautiful. New hardware. Added Quartz countertops and backsplash, under cabinet outlets, new dishwasher, oven and fan, sink, water system, dry bar wine fridge. It looks great. Greg is very detailed and responsive.

I researched a lot of remodeling companies before making my decision on using A1 Pam and I am so happy that I did. He came highly recommended by a friend that is also in the industry and knows he is extremely trustworthy, honest, detail oriented and above all has a lot of experience and knowledge of his craft. Greg is great to work with as he is responsive, will answer all your questions and will give you his opinion. He is not a typical project manager, he will tell you the truth and wants what’s best for the project overall. The project started and ended on time. His entire team was professional, easy to work with and very fast. My kitchen was main focus but the entire first floor of my house looks gorgeous because of his team!! They’re worth every penny and I would highly, highly recommend them!!

This was our second remodeling project with Greg and A-1 PAM. Everyone we had contact with was courteous and professional. Greg was responsive throughout the entire process. He also brought great ideas to our remodeling project. The vendors he works with for the cabinets, countertops, and flooring are just as good and their coordination was flawless. Peter was the lead on our project and we can not say enough about his work ethic, attention to detail, and kindness. He worked Monday thru Friday until the project was done. He arrived and departed when he said he would and answered any questions we had throughout the project. We absolutely love our kitchen and will use A-1 PAM again in the future.
